HE was a shoo-in after ”Austin Powers in Goldmember” landed best-movie honors last year. She was a natural after emitting the best burp back in 2001. Together, in ”Shrek,” they generated a chemistry that made the rest of us look beyond, well, their looks.

In ”Keeping Faith: Muslim Kids in America,” a ”Nick News” special that has its premiere tonight at 8:30 on Nickelodeon, Linda Ellerbee, with the assistance of Debbie Almontaser, a New York educator on Muslim cultures, guides a roomful of young people through pointed questions about Islam and religious acceptance in general.

So who better than Mike Myers and Cameron Diaz to lead the shenanigans in ”Nickelodeon’s 17th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards,” broadcast live from Los Angeles on Saturday night at 8?  Read more…
